Abstract

In this paper

through forward and reverse analysis of BTS non-normal operation data in some region of Hunan province

firstly

we found out the fundamental reason of the problem

then explorated advanced experience

finally

suggested the way of prevention and dealing with non-normal operation of BTS to ensure effective operation of BTS.
