In mobile communication systems

CELLID is the simplest and most rapid positioning method.However

this method can only determine the location of the base station by base station information of mobile photo

to speculate the location of the mobile station.The error is so large that the path is not match with the actual path.This paper provides a way to improve the positioning accuracy and remove the burrs by using the local mean.The simulation results show that

this method significantly reduces the error of CELLID method

eliminate the irregular jumping point

to make the path in accordance with the real path.
