总结出了2G/3G共建中关于提升切换成功率的关键技术和策略。

Abstract

This paper totally provides classified discussions on factors of success rate of switching from network optimization and design planning point of view

and it sums up key technologies and strategies which enhance success rate of switching in joint construction on 2G/3G.
