如何在满足用户不断发展的业务需求的同时

提升网络运营价值

是运营商在移动互联网时代所亟待解决的难题。本文通过对3G用户行为精细化分析

实施EV-DO用户级QoS流量优化

根据用户价值级别和业务属性合理调度网络资源

提升3G用户感知和流量价值。

Abstract

With the mobile Internet traffic growth

increasingly rich and colorful applications and content

more and more users personalized needs

how to meet the user’s evolving business needs and improve the network operation value

is a problem the telecom operators in the mobile Internet era to be settled urgently.In this paper

through the detailed analysis of 3G user behavior

the EV-DO user level QoS traffic optimization is actualized

by reasonable scheduling of net resource based on the customer value level and service attribute

the 3G users’ perception and flow value are improved.
