本文以国际出访数据业务全流程为研究对象

对影响国际漫游出访数据业务网络质量的因素进行梳理

分析了现有网络质量评估指标的局限性

通过大量的数据统计分析

创造性提出通过分级的网络质量指数对网络质量进行评估

直观科学地呈现网络质量情况

能快速准确定位网络质量的影响因素。日常维护实践表明

该方法对网络质量评估效果良好

并能快速判断和定位影响网络质量的问题点。

Abstract

This paper analyzed main factors that impact the network quality of international data roaming from the perspective of core network. According to the current data service process

a new network quality assessment method is proposed

which is proved to be accurately assess network quality

and be good at quickly judging and locating network fault in daily supervision.
