The nationwide establishment of integrated service access areas performed by China Mobile has almost been completed. It’s fundamental for the improvement of integrated service access areas to make full use of the completed ones

to decrease the cost

to make sustainable development effi ciently and to increase the amount of service in each service access area. This paper analyzes many traffi c carrying problems in the completed integrated service access areas

and then puts forward various plans for different services in the areas

such as base stations

WLAN

dedicated lines for group clients

household broadband

etc.
