The harassment telephone interception system is a system which provides calling harassment interception
called harassment interception and second operation interception. It also supports monitoring and control functions such as concurrency control
white list and report. It is effective in reducing harassment calls
improving the IMS phone user experience and reducing the economic loss of operators. This paper firstly proposes an overall architecture of harassment telephone interception system. Secondly
it focuses on the work mechanism of decision analysis subsystem and the identification process of harassment telephone based on rules and statistical forms of sliding window. In the end
the intercept process of harassment telephone is presented.
