摘要

本文探讨引入数据挖掘技术和算法

通过3种高精度话务预测模型对某市话务数据建模和预测验证

探析3种模型的实际误差和适用场景

并提出基于数据挖掘技术的移动通信智能话务预测管理平台架构设想

具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Abstract

This thesis discussed how to use data mining technology to establish three kinds of high precision traffic forecasting models

modelled and verified traffic data of one city

and studied of three kinds of model of the actual error and application scenarios. This thesis put forward the mobile communication intelligent traffic forecasting management platform architecture based on data mining

it had high promotion and application value.
