摘要

MRBT是一种采用多媒体作为回铃音的增值业务。多媒体彩铃是一种基于被叫

展示在主叫终端的业务。本文结合3GPP LTE下的Vo LTE话音解决方案和多媒体彩铃的业务属性

提出了一种具有Qo S保障的Vo LTE彩铃实现方案

包括系统的设计和基于会话的SIP信令

并对资源预留机制中的关键部分给出示例。

Abstract

Multimedia Ring Back Tone（MRBT） service is a value-added service that makes multimedia as the ring back tone. MRBT is a service based on the called and display on the caller. This paper

with the VoLTE and the business property of MRBT

propose a QoS guarantee implementation program

including system design and session-based SIP signaling

and give examples of the key part of precondition mechanism.
