With the 4G network coverage continues to improve and the user scale continues to expand

"high traffi c" and "high load" become the main problems of the 4G network. In this paper

optimization method for high load scene is studied and proved. While the existing network hardware resources are full used

the loads of cells are balanced and network quality and user perception are improved. Coverage optimization

parameter optimization and algorithm optimization method are concluded to be effective in LTE network under high load scene through this argument. The optimization experiences are summed up to promote the optimization and network optimization work effi ciently.
