摘要
虽然C2R模型和DEA技术均为现有技术中较为成熟的技术
但是将其引入现有的网络规划资源配置过程中
并相应做出算法改进
提出一种基于凹凸决策单元网络规划方法
在国内还是首次。该方法在业务量预测和网络规划部署之间增加了一个指示器
来对所分配的资源进行相对有效性评价
通过判断决策单元资源分配的冗余量或是不足量来定量化、显性化的指导资源分配。
Abstract
Though the C2 R model and DEA are relatively mature techniques
they are introduced into the existing configuration process planning of network resources after corresponding improvement algorithm. A wireless network planning method is proposed for the first time based on concave convex decision making unit. This method adds an indicator between traffic prediction and network planning and deployment. Through the indicator of the relative efficiency evaluation of the allocated resources
and judging redundancy or insufficient of the Decision Making Unit
that can be quantitatively and evidently to guide the allocation of resources.
