Abstract

In this paper

the author definedthe scope of telecomm carrier’s IT infrastructure

analysed&summariz edthe current situation and existing problems of telecomm carrier’s IT infrastructure

then

proposed the development goal of IT system &IT infrastructure.Furthmore the author stated the development strategy for the construction of carrier’s data center

cloud capability as well as big data capability.
