VoLTE is based on the LTE network to provide high-quality voice service to users. It’s the key technologies when domestic operators meet the challenges of OTT. With the rapid deployment of VoLTE network

VoLTE has been able to gradually provide users with superior voice quality perception

but because of the complexity of the new technology deployment

there are still many current problems. The authors have found that when VoLTE users call 110 and other emergency numbers

the users have to fall to the CS network

therefore the users feel significant uncomfortable. To solve this problem

this paper targeted study of this issue

and proposes four optimization solutions

in order to make the VoLTE user experience better.
