本文通过分析通信工程设计管理工作的现状及原因

引出设计单位管理标准化的思路

进而详细阐述了运营商对设计单位在设计质量及进度管理中的标准化措施

通过系统支撑

提升通信工程设计的质量和规范性。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the present situation and the reasons of the design management of communication engineering

brings out the idea of standardized management of the design unit

and then elaborates the standardization measures of the operators in the design quality and schedule management

and improves the quality of the communication engineering design through system support.
