能力开放平台作为第三代业务支撑系统能力开放与运营域的核心

主要负责业务支撑系统内部与外部系统的服务集成

实现服务管控、访问控制、权限控制等功能

并对业务支撑系统内部与外部开放服务能力。本文首先介绍该平台实现的功能

随后对建设方案进行探讨

最后对下一阶段的工作进行总结和展望。

Abstract

The ability to open platform as the core of the ability to open and operate domain of the third generation business support system

is mainly responsible for the integration service of internal and external business support system

implement the service control

access control

and other functions and open service capabilities to internal and external business support system.This paper firstly introduces the function of the platform

then discusses the construction project

and fi nally summarizes and prospects the work of the next stage.
