The existing information management platform for wireless network base station is lack of information management for the demand management stage

this paper proposes a scheme of intelligent management and auditing of TD-LTE base station demand. The scheme includes several mechanisms such as demand filtering

unified demand ID generation

priority scoring rules and demand merge. It also establishes two kinds of intelligent algorithm including close distance determination for same type problem sites and merge for various types of demand sites

which automatically generate base station demand plan

based on the demand concentrated analysis

and effectively solves the current problem such as the TDLTE base station demand data cannot be related to planning and design data

and repeated submission of demand sites. The old information management platform would be upgrade base on the scheme

which put into use with high application value.
