This paper has designed and implemented a platform for backbone transport network planning and design based on network resource database
which can provide efficient support for backbone transport network planning and provide transport network resource management and maintenance services. This paper introduces the overall system design and core functions of the platform
including functions such as data management
circuit routing arrangement
station design
and visualization of resource presentation and drawing of sheet forms. The promotion of the platform’s usage can effectively alleviate the problem of resource data management and the pressure of improving design efficiency caused by large-scale network construction.
