Abstract

Time-delay is one of the most important KPI of VoLTE

which related to customer satisfaction. The paper analyzes the signaling flow about volte-to-volte

then modeling the time-delay of VoLTE

and dividing the time-delay of volte into eight segments. The model can be used to optimize and monitor the timedelay KPI

which can find

locate and optimize the time-delay problem of volte in time.
