With the development of mobile internet and mobile terminals

the data traffic has experienced a signifi cance increment. Thus

effi cient allocation and utilization of spectrum resources become heat topics to the fi fth generation telecommunication system. In one hand

the spectrum of 5 G extends to highband

increasing the usable spectrum resources. In the other hand

the access technologies continue to develop in 5 G

hoping to realize the fully utilization of unlicensed spectrum. This passage has two main parts

separately giving introductions to the spectrum allocation of main camps and access technologies of unlicensed spectrum which are still under discussion and the standardization process nowadays.
