摘要
本文针对IPTV运维人员及客服人员日常工作遇到的故障及投诉处理痛点
提出并设计了基于客户资源树的IPTV端到端智慧运维体系
通过对比分析该体系构建完成前后投诉定位时长及万户投诉量变化情况
表明提出的端到端智慧运维体系能够极大提升客户的投诉处理时效及IPTV业务感知。
Abstract
This paper proposes and designs the IPTV end-to-end intelligent operation system based on customer resource tree
which aims at the pain points which operation personnel and customer service staff must face in daily work on troubleshooting and complaint handling
and through the change of complaint positioning time and complaints quantity per ten-thousand households before and after the construction of the system
it shows that the proposed end-to-end intelligent operation system can greatly improve the time efficiency of complaints handling and the customer’s IPTV service awareness.
