The evolution of the 5 G standardization was devoted to solving the diversified and differentiated performance indexes in different application scenarios. The lack of applicable spectrum resources required that the 5 G NR spectrum resources should meet the requirements of simultaneously carrying ultra high-speed and ultra-low latency services. According to the 3 GPP research plan and progress
the eMBB would be mainly studied in the initial 5 G research and the URLLC standardization would be perfected until maturity. This thesis mainly discusses and studies eMBB
URLLC KPI and related technologies from the perspective of physical layer design. In order to achieve coexistence of two service models with different numerology in the same spectrum
two basic multiplexing methods of eMBB and URLLC analyzed in four application scenarios are designed to reduce resource waste and improve system spectrum effi ciency.
