本文从运营商角度出发
分析了当前4G用户迅猛增长的流量需求。在此背景之下
运营商推出流量不限量套餐已势在必行。然而不限量套餐的广泛应用
将必然对现网产生巨大影响和压力
甚至会导致网络出现拥塞乃至局部瘫痪。为有效避免类似情况的发生
本文从下行PRB利用率、小区下行自忙时流量以及用户感知等3个维度分别进行分析测算
结合现网数据
较为精确地给出小区级扩容目标和扩容规模
以帮助运营商提前做好无线载波和传输带宽的扩容储备
从而缓解容量压力。
Abstract
This paper analyzed the rapidly growing data fl ow demand of TD-LTE user on the side of operators. In this context
it was imperative to launch the unlimited plans. However
it would inevitably have a huge impact and pressure on the network. What’s more
it can even lead to congestion and even a partial paralysis of the network. To avoid this situation effectively
this paper estimated three parts of scenario including PRB utilization factor
cell downlink self-service time
and user perception. Combined with the network data
the capacity expansion lists and scales could be fi gured out accurately to support the operators getting ready for the capacity expansion reserve of wireless carriers and transmission links. As the result
