Wireless communication brings great convenience to our daily life. However

some specialscenes have long-term or regular open jammers

which have an impact on the network and lead to a not good voice experience. This topic studies the inflection points of VoLTE quality in the different scenarios

studying the VoLTE performance of voice access and hold

in the high-interference scenarios. Through theoreticalresearch

finding out the optimization strategies under high-interference scenarios

and forming a highinterference scene pre-intervention mechanism. We have formed a pre-intervention database and the preintervention process in the high-interference by a practicalmanner. We can improve voice quality and the user experience of the VoLTE quality by a method of the early warning and the intervention.
