Abstract
Centralization and flat are characteristics of the core network structure. The advantages of this structure are resources sharing and fast deployment. However
potentialrisks are that server room
power and bearer network could encounter failures simultaneously. Traditionalslot level

this article willdiscuss a redundancy ratio algorithm by using multirisks analysis and network capability analysis methods to achieve quantifying the redundancy capability within the VoLTE network Poolresources. Furthermore
the cross-Poolredundancy modelwhich based on this algorithm willbe developed to enhance the VoLTE core network redundancy capability and achieve fast recovery while major malfunction. The modelwillinclude the following methods: four leveldamage assessment
malfunction drillplan and network resources dynamic deployment.
