IoT services are carried on wireless networks. While providing abundant industry applications
they are also facing the test of end-to-end service ? ow quality analysis and monitoring. This paper realizes the discovery
processing and evaluation of customer perception problems of mainstream IoT services by establishing end-to-end index system
end-to-end problem analysis and delimitation method
and closedloop management of work orders. Closed-loop management ensures user business awareness.
