摘要

当前LTE网络容量仍旧是影响网络质量的首要问题

扩容作为解决LTE容量问题的一个重要手段

其方法和标准一直被业界研究。本文就当前容量评估扩容的问题点

提出了一种基于主要业务时间的PRB利用率评估方法

同时在考虑边缘用户感知速率的情况下提出了用户体验满意度的概念

结合两者

得出一种基于MTT

RB的扩容基线。按照该方法

在实际应用中有效的提升了用户的体验

激发了被压抑流量的释放。

Abstract

LTE network capacity is still the primary issue affecting network quality currently.As an important means to solve the LTE capacity problem

the expansion methods and standards has been studied by the industry all along.A PRB utilization evaluation method based on main business time is proposed in this paper for current issues in capacity assessment and capacity expansion.Meanwhile

considering the perceived rate of the edge users

the concept of user perception satisfaction is presented.An expansion baseline for the base MTT

RB is obtained combining the method and the concept

which effectively improves the user experience in practical applications and stimulates the release of suppressed traffic.
