将4G网络的全量信令与用户投诉数据结合
关联无线小区的性能指标和告警数据
采用决策树数学建模方式
建立用户投诉质差小区模型和4G投诉精准定位模型
从而实现用户角度的无线质差小区挖掘
以及4G网络投诉定位的功能。
Abstract
The study was based on large data analysis technology to build mathematical models which could find out the wireless cell of poor quality from the view of customer and the reason why 4 G network complain happened. It combined the signaling of 4 G network in full amount with the customer complaint data
associated the performance of the wireless cell and alarm data meanwhile to figure out the models
using the mathematical modeling method decision tree.
