For solving the contradiction between network technology development and telecom building construct with network transforming rapidly

the article discussed how to link the telecom building construct and network evolution

analysed the future network requirement to telecom building as well as the thinkings and methods of telecom building planning. Through research

it provided a set of ideas and methods to analyse telecom building planning and construction.
