Abstract
Considering to precision marketing of home broadband customers
based on data mining technology
a precision distinguishing method of home broadband customers is proposed. Using the precision distinguishing method
it is a result that 520000 household broadband customers are categorized into five types. Combined with the marketing characteristics of telecom operators
the five types of customers are described. Precision marketing schemes of these five types of customers is proposed.
