智能人机对话系统综合应用了人工智能领域多项核心技术。近几年随着深度学习和强化学习等基础算法的快速进步

伴随着第五代移动通信技术时代的到来

人机对话系统的总体架构

以及应用模式都有了重大的改变和提升。本文从人机对话系统的架构、人机对话系统的评测、应用和该领域面临的挑战以及技术方向等方面对此项技术进行了综述。

Abstract

Intelligent man-machine dialogue system integrates many core technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. In recent decades

with the rapid progress of basic algorithms such as deep learning and reinforcement learning

and with the advent of the 5 th generation mobile networks era

the overall architecture and application mode of man-machine dialogue system have undergone significant changes and improvements. This paper summarizes the technology from the following aspects: the architecture of man-machine dialogue system

the evaluation and application of man-machine dialogue system

the challenges and technical directions in this field.
