Abstract
3 D-MIMO technology is one of the key technologies of 4 G+ and 5 G
which has obvious advantages in high frequency coverage
capacity and user perception. Based on the beam level throughput and interference measurement in MR data
this paper accurately identifies the user distribution in the coverage area
optimizes the cell azimuth
