This paper analyzes the current 5G NSA network

the effect of 5G experience caused by the unreasonable 5G resident strategy covering the edge area

and the high power consumption of dual connection terminals in NSA network is not conducive to terminal power saving. Through the study of 5G terminal power-saving parameters and dwell strategy related parameter combination settings

to find the best parameter combination configuration

to achieve the rise of 5G dwell experience while improving terminal power-saving

to provide a new solution for the protection of users’ 5G perception.
