This paper provides an optimize method of resource allocation in network planning

which uses the second generation of NSGA-II to solve the problem of resource allocation optimization. This problem belongs to multi-objective optimization problem

which is usually contradictory and difficult to optimize at the same time. Combined with the technical characteristics of communication network planning

a multi-objective optimization model of resource allocation was built

and the implementation examples were provided

and the processing methods of optimization conclusions were discussed.
