etc.As the provider of basic communication service
operator has natural data advantages.Therefore
how to use massive big data to explore potential users has become one of the focus of precision marketing and business transformation.In this paper
we establish a comprehensive location information database which contains the names and labels of various scenarios based on big data like XDR
MDT
API interface data.Furthermore
combining the above location information database with economic analysis data like ARPU and DOU
we can obtain merging data including user basic information
time stamp
latitude and longitude
scene label
user traffic characteristics
etc.Based the above merging data
we further propose a method of excavating potential users and discerning possible lost users which could provide references of achieving refined marketing.
