利用4G网络黑点用户的驻留2G小区
聚焦4G弱覆盖区域
建立基于用户行为的网络4G弱覆盖黑点识别模型
并对模型识别目标区域进行针对性FDD扩容工作
得到了较好的应用效果。

accurate network expansion and optimization
putting limited network resources into areas with more business needs has become a key topic. This paper defines the 4 G network black spot user from the 4 G user’s network attachment behavior
uses the 4 G network black spot user’s resident 2 G cell
focuses on the 4 G weak coverage area
establishes the network 4 G weak coverage black spot recognition model based on the user behavior
and has been used in the latest phase of mobile FDD expansion project in the second half of 2019
