Application of GaN semiconductor material in communication power supply
With the rapid development of communication technology
new communication equipment with different scenes and types is emerging. Especially with the further promotion of 5G communication technology
the new communication equipment deployed in various scenarios has put forward higher requirements for its supporting equipment
especially the communication power supply. This paper introduces the characteristics and technology development and application of the third generation semiconductor material gallium nitride
and discusses the possibility and development prospect of the application of gallium nitride technology in the field of communication power supply
and how to apply gallium nitride semiconductor material in the fi eld of communication power supply and meet the power supply requirements of new communication equipment. To guide the effective use of Ga N semiconductor materials in the future development of communication power supply.
