数字经济转型升级带动数据中心产业快速发展
如何引导数据中心科学合理布局
引领数据中心高质量发展显得尤为重要。本文从数据中心布局选址要素分析上着手
建立以电力资源、地质灾害、气候条件、网络资源、人才环境、区域位置6大要素为核心的评价指标体系
同时利用多属性决策中的AHP法对布局规划的评价体系进行理论构建
最后以长三角地区为例进行模型应用
给出市场优先和资源优先两种选址评价模型
以期为建设方提供不同侧重点的选址决策依据。
Abstract
In the stage of rapid development of data center industry
how to guide the data center project to choose a reasonable location and avoid blind construction is particularly important. Based on the analysis of data center location elements
this paper established an index system with six elements as the core: power resources
geological disasters
climate conditions
network resources
talents and geographical location. At the same time
this paper used AHP method to build an evaluation system of data center location. Finally
taking the Yangtze River Delta as an example
the evaluation system was applied from the perspectives of market priority and resource priority. The application results show that the evaluation system can give site selection suggestions according to different emphases to help decision-makers to make decisions.
