With the scale of mobile video users and services increasing years by years

it is of great necessity for mobile operators to pay more attention to service perception

in order to meet the requirements of increasing users. Aiming at this background

a video service quality optimization method based on user plane data acquisition is proposed. By studying the v MOS evaluation model

this paper constructs a video service perception evaluation system based on DPI data. A criteria for determining cells with poor video quality is clarifi ed from a radio perspective

and the daily video quality cell processing procedure is constructed to guide daily radio network optimization and improve the intelligent level of it.
