结合移动云超常规发展所面临的业务发展、产品创新和竞争优势打造的挑战

提出移动云的资源规划目标

积极探索移动云资源布局和四融能力规划的思路。

Abstract

With the continuous development of China Mobile’s digital transformation

5G feature network capabilities and cloud computing are becoming closely integrated

bringing differentiated competitive advantage to the development of the China Mobile Cloud.While improving the user experience

it also gives the China Mobile Cloud opportunity to penetrate into more typical business scenarios in vertical industry.This paper analyzes the macro policies

industry trends and competitive pattern of cloud computing development

combines the challenges of business development

product innovation and competitive advantage creation faced by the extraordinary development

puts forward the resource planning goals of mobile cloud

and actively explores the idea of mobile cloud resource layout and four-integration capability planning.
