摘要

隐私泄露风险加剧，成员推理攻击可推断特定样本是否属于模型训练集，威胁用户隐私。本文提出一种适用多种生成模型的通用成员推理攻击框架，以重构误差为核心度量，结合Parzen窗密度估计方法，在全黑盒、部分黑盒和白盒等不同知识假设下，对DCGAN、PGGAN、WGAN-GP等GAN模型进行评估。在CelebA人脸数据集上的实验表明，训练集规模越小，模型越易受攻击，当样本数低于500个时，攻击AUC-ROC接近1。此外，白盒攻击性能优于黑盒攻击，差分隐私防御可有效缓解攻击。本文为生成模型隐私风险评估提供了系统实验基准，揭示了GAN在隐私保护方面的脆弱性。
