摘要

为了系统地探讨影响建筑工程施工技术的主要因素，运用矩阵理论分析方法通过对实施BIM ( building information model前后建筑施工过程监控及施工技术开发、大体积混凝土浇筑工程施工工艺过程控制工作变化对比及问题分析，较好地分析了BIM对建筑工程施工技术在施工效率提高、施工成本降低及技术问题分析精准性3方面的影响.

Abstract

In order to explore the main factors affecting the construction technology，this article compares andcontrasts the construction process monitoring，technology development and the change of construction process control of large volume concrete pouring engineering before and after the implementation of BIM(Building InformationModel)by applying the method of matrix theory. It also analyzes the effects of BIMontheconstructionefficiencyimprovement，construction cost reducing and analysis accuracy of technology.
