摘要

为了在电机冷却系统中找出最适宜的自力性风扇长度

以一台Y2-250M-4 55k W笼型异步电机为例

权衡系统内各因素对电机实际功效的影响

运用模糊数学的综合评判方法

对其内在因素指标进行综合评价.在专家打分评估的基础上

应用定性与定量的综合决策方法

结合变异系数法分配权重

进行全面分析

得出电机冷却系统中的模糊综合评价模型

确定最佳方案以完成对内风扇的优化设计.

Abstract

In order to find out the most suitable length of independent fan for the motor cooling system

a Y2-250M-4 55 KW asynchronous motor was taken as an example.This paper will measure the effect of various factors on the actual effect of the motor

and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the evaluation of expert scoring

the comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is obtained by using qualitative and quantitative method and combined with the weight distribution coefficient of variation method to comprehensively analysis.The objective is to determine the best solution to complete the optimization design of the inner fan.
