摘要

摘要:针对对旋式轴流风机在偏离额定工况点的状态，出现压升和功率不平衡，以及效率严重降低的问题，对风机的两级驱动电机进行了研究。采用变极调速的方式，设计出单绕组双速变极调速电机作为对旋轴流风机前后两级叶轮的驱动电机。根据电机绕组理论，利用对称轴线法设计出6/8极变极绕组型式，对双速变极电机进行有限元仿真分析，结果证明，双速电机在两种极数下电机性能均好。风机可以根据不同工况，调节前后两级叶轮的转速比，使风机始终工作在高效运行区。此外，所设计的单绕组双速电机对比原风机配用的电机降低了一个中心高，制造成本也有所降低。

so as to keep the fanworking in efficient operation areaIn addition

the design of single windingtwospeed motor reduces the height of center and manufacturing costs bycomparing the motor with the original fan
