摘要

为贯彻国家电网有限公司计量资产集约化等要求，实施拆回智能电能表维修充分利用的原则，综合利用健康指数与灰色理论，建立了拆回智能电能表剩余寿命评估模型。结合灰色理论与英国EA公司的电力设备健康指数计算公式，推断出拆回智能电能表的剩余寿命；根据工程经验，确定智能电能表加速寿命试验方案，利用加速寿命试验获得试验数据，验证了该方法的实用性与可行性。

Abstract

To implement intensive measuring assets and other demands of SGCC

and the principle on maintenance and taking advantage of replaced intelligent electric meter

aremnant life assessment model of replaced intelligent electric meter is built by combining health index and grey theory. Remaining life can be deduced by combining grey theory and health index calculation formula of power equipment from British firm EA. An accelerated life test plan is determined according to expertise

and the proposed method is feasible and practicable by using accelerated life test data of replaced intelligent electric meter.
