Aiming at the problems of insufficient utilization of index information in the health state evaluation of air conditioner set

a health state evaluation method considering evidence correlation is proposed. Firstly

the health state evaluation index system of JDFX-type air conditioner set is constructed. Secondly

according to the evidence theory

an evidential reasoning (ER) rule considering evidence correlation is given. The health state evaluation model of JDFX-type air conditioner set is established to obtain the comprehensive health level of air conditioner set. Finally

the health states of six JDFX-type air conditioner sets are evaluated through the numerical example

and the ranking results of health levels are given. The results show that

compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process

the proposed method can use the health index information and expert knowledge more effectively to evaluate the health state of air conditioner set

and the results are more reasonable and convincing.
