The ontology is the formal criteria of the shared conceptual model

but the former method can not describe their vague relationship between resources and its evolution. To this issue

we introduced the concept of fuzzy ontology and give a formal description

fuzzy ontology is described by fuzzy resource description framework (FRDF)

and an evolution algorithm and experiment are given.
