Aiming at the affection of uncertain factors during airport capacity assessment

this paper puts forward an improved information fusion method which considered weight and discount rate and based on D-S evidence theory.The method is applied to predict the actual dynamic capacity of airport.Experimental result indicates the proposed method further reduced the subjectivity of evaluation process

and provided more scientific decision basis to air traffic flow management decision-making.
