本文通过对SCCP协议两类业务的特点进行具体分析

提出了模块化的实现方法

重点阐述了SCCP路由控制模块。并在工程应用中进行了几点创新

解决了多用户身份识别和闲置连接段及时释放问题。

Based on the analysis of the character of two kinds of SCCP operations

this paper put forward the method of modularization

emphasizing on the module of routing control. During the application of the engineering

the author got some innovations and settled the problems of multi-user identification and the timely release of the otiose connection segment.
