Abstract
Distance education is a new teaching mode with a mean of modern science and technology and based the exiting communications network. Self-learning system is one of the most important parts
the host sets up the connection with the servers using unicast address
the package is transferred
then self-learning. But there are disadvantages of expensive cost of access and no ensured service.Using anycast
the self-learning system makes the host connect the "nearest" server
which reduce the cost of access and use the resource effectively
