摘要

为了响应国家创建节能型社会的号召

通信企业在节能降耗方面做了大量的工作

其中科学控制通信机房能耗是重点。本文提出了一套“节能技术+管理能源+节能评测”的通信机房节能综合解决方案。

Abstract

To respond to the national vocation to construct an energy-saving society

communications enterprises have done much on energy saving and waste reduction. The key lies in scientific control of the energy consumed in communications equipment room. This thesis proposes a set of comprehensive solution to energy saving in communications equipment room

i.e. “energy-saving techniques plus energy manage- ment plus energy-saving evaluation”.
